Design
Web design rates start at $30.00 per hour for basic
html page creation. This also includes input of text
and images. For dynamic html and javascript applictaions,
the fees range from $35.00-$45.00 per hour. That would
include: rollover menu buttons and images, scrollers,
slideshows, etc. The fee for graphic design such as:
unique navigation, layout, logos, etc... is $50.00
per hour. If you require any sort of data driven applications
such as a PHP based visitor forum or a more powerful
e-commerce shopping cart, then the fees for installization
and customization range $35.00-$50.00 per hour.
Flash animation and action-scripting is available
at $55.00 per hour. Flash is something that is nice
to look at during your initial visit to a site, but
after awhile repeat visitors can be annoyed by it.
It also requires much longer load times, which is
very inconvenient for people with dial-up connections.
A well designed html website can be just as attractive,
and almost always, more effective.
All web creation performed by Rock Star Media will
include a detailed and itemized invoice including
all services performed. You will know exactly what
you're paying for.
The overall look and feel of a website is typically
the most time consuming part of a design. Therefore,
a multi-page site consisting of five pages or more
is typically a better value than a site with only

Hosting
If you want a website, then you'll have to have a
hosting plan. Through a partner company, we're able
to offer low-cost hosting beginning at just $6.00
per month. Our three website packages: The
Roadie, The Manager, and The
Rock Star, all include annual hosting plans. Both
of our hosting plans offer just about everything you'll
need. The Techie plan offers twice as much web space
and bandwidth, which would come in handy for large
media files such as MP3s and video. The Techie plan
also features more: e-mail addresses, mailing lists,
MySQL databases, SSL and e-commerce support, and a
Fantastico script installer. |
